Who can apply?

Students from Pakistan: Eligibility unverified.

Age and grade: age Check official site; Grades TBA.

Students admitted to (or studying in) 4–5 year undergraduate programs at participating public universities, assessed as financially needy by the university committee. Self-finance admissions and students already receiving university aid are excluded.
